Initial Visits
Before your first visit, we encourage you to download and print the necessary forms from our website. We have made the forms needed for new patients easily accessible on our website to streamline the pediatric medical care experience. Alternatively, you may request these documents via email or fax. By completing the paperwork in the comfort of your home, we aim to make your visit hassle-free.
Newborn Visits
Bee Well Pediatrics has dedicated appointment slots available to accommodate the needs of your precious little one. To ensure optimal pediatric medical care for your newborn, we recommend scheduling a follow-up visit within two to three days of hospital discharge. If your newborn was given specific follow-up instructions, please get in touch with us to arrange the necessary appointment accordingly.
Well-Child Visits
We recommend scheduling an appointment at your earliest convenience to ensure your child receives comprehensive pediatric medical care, including immunizations and checkups. As the demand for these services may increase depending on the season, we encourage you to contact us promptly to secure an appointment at our clinic.
Sick Visits
For prompt and valuable pediatric medical care when your child falls ill, we urge you to schedule a visit at the earliest signs of symptoms. We have daily sick appointment slots available to ensure your child’s healthcare needs are promptly and appropriately addressed.
Reminders for Your Visit
- Schedule an appointment first by calling us at (713) 333-2253.
- Bring your child’s current immunization record.
- Bring your child’s relevant medical information (ex., discharge paperwork for newborns, ER and hospital visits, laboratory results, and X-rays).
- Bring your current insurance information.
- Ensure Dr. Leonhardt is listed as your PCP (for HMO or Medicaid).
- Come to the clinic at least 15 minutes earlier than your appointment so that we can process any required paperwork before your scheduled time.
Our Clinic Policy on Tardiness and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your child’s scheduled visit, please contact us to cancel or reschedule. Please also inform us if you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late. This will allow us to provide optimal and timely care to all patients.
